Richter would like to congratulate Tom Hinchliff on passing his Chartered Professional Review with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
This comes 3 years after joining Richter as a graduate and has gone from strength to strength in his time with Richter.
Speaking with Tom he expressed how thrilled he is with the progress he has made since joining Richter and said “I am immensely proud that I can now call myself a chartered engineer with the ICE. I have tried to make the most of every opportunity to prove myself, further my career growth and enhance my engineering knowledge, and so it is great to see that my hard work has paid off. I could not have achieved this so quickly without the fantastic support I have received at Richter. I now hope to mentor others to achieve this goal.”
When we spoke to Andrew Lowe, Technical Associate at Richter and one of Tom’s mentors he said “Becoming a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) within just 3 years of graduating! This is an extraordinary accomplishment that highlights his dedication, hard work, and exceptional talent.
Tom has grasped every opportunity that he has been presented with since joining Richter and has successfully delivered numerous complex projects, gaining the necessary experience and ability to achieve chartered status.
His journey from graduation to becoming chartered in such a short time is truly inspiring and sets a high standard for all aspiring engineers. We can’t wait to see what amazing contributions you’ll make to the industry in the future.”
Well done, Tom! Here’s to many more successes and milestones ahead.
