#ChooseToChallenge is focused on the idea that a challenged world is an alert world, and individually we are responsible for our own thoughts and actions. We are responsible for challenging ourselves and reaping the rewards.
At Richter, we have a culture of developing and challenging our people and we will always encourage and support one another. We're here to inspire our peers in the industry, and assist our younger generations to pursue a career in civil engineering and the built environment.
Continued professional and personal development (CPD) is for everyone. This has recently been demonstrated by those in Richter’s Corporate Services team who have worked in line with the exacting standards of the Institute of Administration Management (IAM) to become IAM Corporate Members.
The IAM is one of the oldest management institutes in the UK, and through the delivery of their qualification programmes, have, and continue to support people in developing their skills, building successful careers and fulfilling their potential as professional administrators, administrative managers and managers.
Those who have most recently become new Corporate Members are, Charlotte Sanford, Lucy Andrews, Emma Jayne Harwood, Jacquelyn Fowler, Caroline Nutting, Rita Chemo, Sarah Curtis and Zowie Houlihan. They have all risen to the #ChoosetoChallenge, and have come together to achieve IAM Corporate Members status unanimously. Great result.
