Richter's Lee Moffatt gets to final round of ICE awards.

We are delighted to announce, Lee Moffatt, Design Engineer based from Richter's Warrington office has been nominated and shortlisted for the ICE NW Rising Star award. Lee joined the Warrington office in January 2021 having completed his MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Salford. Since then, he has been working on a variety of schemes with close mentorship from his colleagues.
Lee said, "I’m delighted to have been shortlisted for the award as a recognition for the work I have done during my studies and in my project work at Richter over the past year".
The 2022 awards ceremony celebrates the talents of civil engineers and highlights benefits brought to the communities across the North West regions. The winners will be announced live on the night at the Midland Hotel, Manchester, on Thursday 19 May 2022. Other categories that are highlighted are:
- Projects - recently completed small, medium, large and constructability
- The Mercer Innovation Award, a new award, driving a focus on innovative engineering solutions at the forefront of the region’s civil engineering profession
- Team of the Year
- Diversity
- Rising Star – a new award for early career engineers
- STEM Volunteer
