We are thrilled to announce that Lee Simm CEng MICE has been appointed as Managing Director of Richter.

Over the past 12 months, we've undergone a significant restructuring process to better position our company for future growth. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, we are now ready to move forward under our new organisational structure.

We spoke to Lee and he said: “I am honoured to have taken on the role of Managing Director. I look forward to continuing to lead our team in driving innovation, fostering growth, and realising our strategic objectives together with my fellow shareholders. Together, we will create a path to continued success within the Richter Group.”

Roger Tice CEng FICE adds ‘’the appointment of Lee Simm CEng MICE as Managing Director of Richter strengthens the natural progression of the business as it continues to grow and expand nationally under his direction. The vision prescribed in the business plan is being realised and with him understanding our business ethos, the design services offered across group, the people within the business and the construction market we operate in, this is an appointment where a natural handing over of the reigns is clear, and upon listening to Lee’s proposals on how to continue to develop the business further, he will undoubtedly be able to ensure further success to the group’’.

Lee is an invaluable member of our Board, and his profound understanding of our company's needs, coupled with his visionary ideas, make him the perfect fit for this pivotal role. We are confident that under Lee's dynamic leadership, Richter is ready to position itself further ahead of our competition and set new benchmarks in the industry. This is a transformative moment for our company, and we are excited to embark on this journey of innovation and growth with Lee at the helm.

Please join us in congratulating Lee and supporting him as he steps into this role.
