Richter are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2021 and here we are sharing another one of our many successful apprenticeship stories.
Lucy Jones joined Richter Corporate Services early 2020 based from the company's Birmingham Office. From September 2020, in partnership with South & City College, Birmingham, Lucy commenced a Level 3 Business Administration, combining her studies with her days working in her role in the office. We are delighted to have Lucy onboard and foresee her taking on the role of Office Manager in the not too distant future based upon her current performance and her college grades.
At Richter we believe in developing our people regardless of their age or grade. Training is not just about the 16-24 year old's, we are big advocates of continued professional and personal development (CPD), all the way to Chartered status and PhD. We're here to inspire our peers in the industry, and support our younger generations to pursue a career in civil engineering and the built environment. We are also committed to the continued development of our senior management staff. By establishing new qualifications it gives us something to reach for years after certification, continually developing ourselves to push ourselves forward, and to be the best at what we do.
Inspire. Construct. Create.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Assessors we work closely with at the South & City College, and for their continued support.
Lucy, from all your Richter colleagues, well done and keep up the good work.
