Richter and 48.3 Move into New Redhill Office.

Since joining forces two years ago, the Richter and 48.3 team has gone from strength to strength, and so yesterday saw the opening of the new, larger office in Redhill, Surrey.
The two businesses are perfectly aligned which is demonstrated as our teams work together seamlessly to complete strategic planning, pre-construction work, structural assessments and completion of temporary works packages for re-cladding schemes that are starting across the UK - a specific area of expertise for the growing Redhill team.
Along with his team, Ben Beaumont, Managing Director of 48.3 and Director of Richter has worked hard to make the launch happen.
When we asked Ben what the expansion means for the business, he said:
“We wanted to create a fantastic place to work that everyone would enjoy. We also wanted it to reflect who we are, our values and the journey we've been on up to this point, whilst giving us the perfect platform for growth. The feedback from the team has been fantastic and it makes me incredibly proud to hear it and see them enjoying the space we've all worked so hard to create. After a year of challenge in the workplace from Covid-19 and a lot of working from home, we are really proud to have a safe, secure and enjoyable place to work that allows us to get on with doing what we do best!"
Part of Ben's plan was to create a center-piece in the office that would reflect the culture of the company, the personality of the team in Redhill and commemorate significant milestones of their journey so far. To do so, he commissioned London Artist, Vic Lee to create a 6.5m x 2.5m mural.
