Our Foundation was established in 2024 to award grants to charitable organisations which align with our purpose:
Creating a better world for all through Construction Engineering. And charities close to the heart of the Richter people.

- Invoice Donations
- Workplace Volunteer Schemes
Richter Employees:
- Give as You Earn: This is payroll giving (pre tax) for employees. Meaning your money has maximum impact!
- Staff nomination: Do you have a charity close to your heart? Does your charity of choice match our core values? Employees can present their elected charity to the board of Trustees for potential funding. First round expected to open 2025.
- Workplace volunteer schemes: This is community action at its finest! Richter link our employees and the companies we work with to help our communities. For 2025 we are looking to donate 50 days of volunteering to give our time, talents and expertise for a wide range of good causes. Our long term aim is for all colleagues to have one day volunteering leave each year. More details coming soon!
